Very little about joe dispenzas book

This audible was misleading as it discussed many other people and their perspectives and very little about Joe Dispenza’s book Breaking the Habit of Being Yourself

Waste of money.

Very short and compressed. Not much in it. Save your money and get the real thing.

Accidentally bought

I did not realise that this was a summary of a book. I thought I was buying the actual book: Breaking the Habit of Being Yourself, by Joe Dispenza. So I was naturally disappointed.

Don't waste your money I don't want to rubbish this audiobook so I won't say anything. Have a nice day :)
