Simply the best.

It's perfect parts motivational and informative. Although I am an avid listen of self improvement books, so I didn't necessarily learn anything new, but the repetition of material presented in different ways is done in a great, entertaining way.

Helpful ideas.

The book is beautifully put together, unique in its physical appearance, a piece of art. What I found so striking about the book is the author's admission of his own weaknesses and how he overcame them through discipline.

This is beautiful.

This is a guide to that. A cold relentless uncaring philosophy for that path. It covers not only the mindset, but has actionable cues to help you build fundamental discipline. This is beautiful.

Great Book.

A Field Manual is an overview, a reference book. When things go bad it is an explanation of how to overcome, an explanation of why and how. This book was made in those times when you - don't feel the work out, can't get out of bed, don't want to face work, when life gets rough.

Excellent Book!

Book is great, and would be a great gift for any of those friends or family members that we are trying to get on board with living a more healthy life style. I bought one for myself and an additional one for one friend and one family member who I'm trying to bring on board to a more healthy life style.

Nice!

Discipline Equals Freedom. A man's entire philosophy boiled down to 3 words. This is what is most incredible about this book. The depth paired with the brevity.

This manual only wants you to get better.

This manual only wants you to get better. Something to make you cringe, something to remind you that life’s short take advantage of every second you’re blessed with. Are you taking full advantage of your days or are you throwing it all away because that’s whats comfortable. Guess what this manual will make you uncomfortable and yeah similar to working out you may not like it, but me I love it.

Clear summaries and analysis,excellent discussion.

This book really defies description. Yes, it is a field manual. The topics include discipline, leadership, working out, eating right, and just plain old getting after it. It is simple in presentation but deep in content.

Excellent listen!

This book surprised me in its simplicity but if you follow what he suggests you wont be disappointed. An excellent guide in how to cut through a lot of the issues that occur in a large organization and being honest with yourself. This book takes that a step further and gives you the tools to be the best version of yourself you can be. Excellent listen!

Wake up.

Wake up. Smell the coffee. Get after it. Instead of making excuses for your life, take control of your life with discipline. It is a great book to push you into this discipline cycle and make you realize that you can control your life.

Enjoyed!!

You have the power to dictate your life story. The question you have to ask yourself is whether or not you have the self discipline to make it happen.

Best advice and a solid foundation.

Best advice and a solid foundation for improving every aspect of your life with no excessive anecdotes and pretentious pseudo science that goes on for hundreds of pages. He tells you what you need to do and how you do it, simple as that. Highly recommend.
