Narrated in Monotone
The narration of this summary is like listening to a computer. The summary was comprehensive but I would not use another credit on any of their other books if this is how bad the narration is.
The book is an obvious classic that has resulted in so many of Carnegie's points being incorporated in corporate training today, that nothing came as a revelation. it is a good reminder though and nice to find out where it all came from.
