Great thoughts! A little surprised by the narrators opinions.

Great book and wonderful thought provoking statements to Handle critical conversations. I wonder if the tail end of the narrator’s opinion of President Trump is exactly what the original authors would want associated with their book? When Reading a book like this I’m looking for positive ways to grow as a person not someone’s political opinion.

crucial conversations!

This is an excellent summary of Crucial Conversations. Loved the content. Loved the narration. And most of all -- loved how actionable it was. Started applying some of the concepts at work with employees and already seeing positive results. Good work!

Reader Rant

Like the content of what was being presented. Did not like that the reader started to rant about his views on President Trump. I wanted to learn about the material in the book not the political opinion of the reader. Feel this behavior was a complete 180 from what was being taught.

To author: Pls eliminate all non-sense comments

I love the concept of a book like this. But this has to be studied more to be done better.
I probably can boil this 25 min audio into 6 minutes and the entire 45 min audio into 7 minutes.

I pretty much skim through the audio because it was repetitive. Personally this audio wasn't useful. I gave 5 starts because i value the concept of such summary book had it done well with careful thought.

I also gave 5 stars because i think it might be a great audio for a lot of people, especially the beginners of this cultivation.

For me, I would have like the book to be more info and action packed, and author can do that still under 20 minutes, if he eliminates all the other non-sense fillers. Like i said, this book can use more care.

I will go ahead and buy the real original book.
