I love this book.This book is so great since writer can clarify this troublesome idea in straightforward terms. The given steps and strategies how to eliminate bad habits and change it to good ones are I think very cool and functional. Just be serious in changing to be much better person to be able to follow this proven ways. I also inspired with the story of the author, very brave and well-disciplined.
