I am surprised.

I enjoyed. However she has a way of capturing life and sharing her thoughts in a way that allows you to weave them thru your own patterns and era's in your life. Great listen for life lead.

Nice book.

Lately, life has become increasingly difficult, and if I ever needed something to ponder on the subject of hope, it is now. Grateful, that someone out there understands just how messed up we can be and how hard it is to make sense of the world we live in. Hope. Grace. Mercy. Thank you.

Enlightening explanation.

The book shows the intellectual and spiritual depth that Catholicism offers to those who seek it out. Those turned off religion by fundamentalism, creationism etc, might find books like this more capable of renewing their interest in religion and the importance of living a meaningful life in the midst of a hedonistic age.

Amazing insight.

Amazing insight is done with a little bit of humor that makes it seem like getting better is mostly deciding to do it.

Excellent overview.

Excellent overview. This is more of a collection of essays on various topics including old age. At first I wondered where the book was going. It seemed a bit disjointed, but I enjoyed it and learned some good life lessons along the way.

An excellent source of information.

An excellent source of information for anyone searching to explore which path of belief they are drawn toward but at the same time offers opportunity for deeper exploration for those committed to a specific religious path.

Awesome!

The problem with practically every individual when something goes awry is an instinctive feeling of gloom and doom. The essence of what the author is trying to do in this is to have her readers rethink their situations and everything connected to it.

This one is definitely a happier book.

This one is definitely a happier book. Recognizing the struggles we will go through in life, the need to balance our sense of doom with a sense of hope is something we discuss far too rarely. I liked this and even learned a little.

Very interesting and helpful book.

This book helps you understand the thinking behind religious life and possibly the most important idea that change, growth and true spirituality are possible for all of us.
