The plane is jam-packed. Every seat is taken. So of course the flight is delayed! She can think of plenty of things she’d rather be doing than placating a bunch of grumpy passengers.

Rip off! Not kidding, and I'm not a troll.
I can't remember when I've written a negative review because I'm open to a book just not necessarily appealing to my taste. BUT, this book's content just names the chapter titles - not exaggerating - and wisdom should come from that?!? Audible should remove this from its offerings. If you don't believe me, buy it and offer your comments.
