For beginners

I've been listening to my book on Audible and have to pause at times to take notes, then replay it to make sure I absorb the information again. It's just that good.

Very Useful book

Just absolutely beautiful. The book is pure gold. If you are a Mathew walker fan it will definitely appeal to you. That is a very important thing to remember when thinking about buying this book.

I got facts about sleep

I had okay to good knowledge on the subject, at least I thought I did....I was wrong. This has changed the way I look at Sleep I feel like a small expert after I finished the book.

This was a good book, but had some very basic information in it. If you are looking for ways to help you sleep better, find something else.
