perfect!

I love history and anything that revolves around our founding fathers. This one gives me the best interest about the life and ruling of the complex man. This man is quite good in giving a positive, but thoughtful, account of a man best known for his views on human freedom but who owned many slaves. If you are interested in the Art of Power, this is quite good in that.

the unique educational reference.

In providing an accessible narrative of Jefferson's life, the author also delivers the superb lesson in how to humanize someone as the celebrated and controversial as Jefferson and how to understand and historical figure by keeping them in the context of the world in which they lived. I highly recommend this listening material as your educational reference.
