Great stuff!

Great stuff and makes you think about the junk in our good these days. Maybe the FDA should listen to this book and get a clue of the junk in good these days.

I was absorbed by the wealth of information!

I was absorbed by the wealth of information in this book. It tells you how many of the OTC Pain killers and even antibiotics can damage your health and your body's ability's to digest your food.

This is a great book.

This is a great book. I wish all doctors were this knowledgeable. I wish the FDA and the USDA would take our health as seriously as Dr. Steven Grundy.

Recommend going straight to that one.

The plant paradox is revolutionary but I think Dr. Gundry paints an even more complete picture in his follow-up book the longevity paradox. There is not much information in here that is not in that book so I would recommend going straight to that one.

Great book.

Great book. He lays out a great expectation and research on the way the change helps with so many health issues. He shows what to eat and what not to eat. A ton of research and information about why the plants are not good for you. Learned a ton.

There is a wealth of information in this book.

There is a wealth of information in this book. It's hard to get through quickly, not because it explains like a scientific journal, but it's a lot to - pardon the pun - digest.

This book was recommended!

This book was recommended by my doctor and he even bought me my first copy. This copy I bought for my parents two years later. As a Lyme disease sufferer, I can tell you that this diet will help you - if you can follow it.
