Straight to that one.

The plant paradox is revolutionary but I think Dr. Gundry paints an even more complete picture in his follow-up book the longevity paradox. There is not much information in here that is not in that book so I would recommend going straight to that one.

Impressive!

This is the only book with a diet that helped me lose 30 lbs. I never had a weight problem until later in life; so it was a shock when the weight gain kept increasing no matter what I did. Impressive!
