Publisher's Summary

Important Note: This is a book summary of The Plant Paradox by Dr. Stephen R. Gundry and not the original book.

Would you like to look and feel great everyday?

Would you like to possess the knowledge to feed yourself optimally to ensure a longer life?

In the audiobook The Plant Paradox: The Hidden Dangers In ‘Healthy Foods’ That Cause Disease And Weight Gain, Dr. Steven Gundry warns us of the potential dangers of so called health foods and how best we can best use them to help the human body, not hinder it. He further explores the true cause of weight issues, and how to effectively overcome them. If you have been following the traditional way of eating and exercising with no results, this is the audiobook for you.

For the price of a coffee and a time investment of roughly 4 percent of your day, I believe the wisdom in this book to be well worth its value. This audiobook allows you to skip to the nuggets of wisdom and actionable content in a very easily absorbed, easy to listen way, including key takeaways at the end of each chapter. This audiobook summarizes the original in detail, to help people effectively understand, articulate, and imbibe the original work by Gundry. This book is not meant to replace the original book, but to serve as a companion to it.

This book contains a wealth of knowledge at a fair price with no risks.

Recipes were easy to use.

Was informative, as a result of this summary, I began the program. Purchased The Plant Paradox 2018 Cookbook because it had almost half of the book as information for the program written by Dr Stephen Gundry. Recipes were easy to use.
