Obesity code summary

Very good summary of a long and drawn out book. Thank God they did this as the original is so tedious to get through its not even funny. Don't bother listening to the original book. I did and I got so much more out of this quick summary than the original book. Thank you!

This is perfect infomation and clarification in a short audio format that does not put you sleep. I was really impressed, did not want to miss a word and encouraged to not only change what I consume but how I consume all foods. I am looking forward to a heathier, slimmer lifestyle. I would recommend it a million times

I was so happy to find this summary of the book. It was perfect for my time constraint. I was able to get started on intermittent fasting right away!
