This is perfect infomation and clarification in a short audio format that does not put you sleep. I was really impressed, did not want to miss a word and encouraged to not only change what I consume but how I consume all foods. I am looking forward to a heathier, slimmer lifestyle. I have been low crab for quite a long time yet I have gained such a great amount from this book... Not through with it yet but rather exceptionally content with my buy...
