What did you love best about Summary: The Blue Zones of Happiness: Lessons from the World’s Happiest People?

There' real in value in learning about 1) the different types of happiness (the difference between the joy in a bar of chocolate and helping out a friend) and; 2) how different cultures excel at the different types. For example, it's one thing to say enjoy pleasure, but it's another thing altogether to do it - guilt free. These are not one-size-fits-all solutions but, rather, lessons from people who know how to do what they do best.

This Book will put a smile on your face, and heart.

Another great volume from Dan Buettner's 'Blue Zone' series. This one focuses on an individual's living, work, community and social spaces to achieve peak happiness. As always - Buettner's presentation is buttery smooth with a genuine warmth and affability that makes the whole proceeding a genuine pleasure to read through. Good analysis with plenty of guidance toward developing pockets of happiness in your day to day life.

Brings full bliss

Overall, it’s great! I’ve learned enough from the traditions of others. These traditions may be deemed by others as very simple but brings full bliss. It has covered the areas in which we have to manage carefully as they contribute to a healthy well-being.

Quite profound.

This turned out to be quite a profound book and the main point is very simple, but we tend to ignore it. I appreciate the blue zone of happiness test included here. I‘m definitely learning from it.
