Fantastic.

Just discovered mindfulness and because I’m eager to know more, here I am. The writer of this audio book did a fantastic job in branching it out to a variety of different colors that we may find.

This is wonderful!!!

A perfect book in taking a beginner’s mind in mindfulness. It is recommended even for someone who has never practiced mindfulness before. For just 5 minutes, it can change your day. Wonderful, isn’t it?

Realistic.

I find the ideas of the author in the book very realistic since the author revealed the truth about the nature of men. That men are always in a hurry and the important thing about life is missing in them; depression, suicides , emptiness reside in the hearts of men and the solution to problem of peace is attainable in a short 8 weeks plan of his.

One useful audio book here.

The author shows us that It can be hard to feel calm and hold peace when things seem to be falling apart. So the earlier you deal with this problem, the more enjoyable your life will be. I usually take this for granted, but as I aged, I am beginning to look at life in a different way and all I want is to enjoy every moment, experience joy and peace as much as I can and this book has been useful, so far.

Empowering audio book.

Life is a series of ups and downs, of war and peace; but the real peace lies in oneself, in one’s heart. Success comes after failure, everything depends on our trust in the higher up and on our endeavor and focus. The principle of mindfulness s very powerful, I used to take it for granted. I can’t believe I found a book that’s clear and simplified.
