Loved it! Concise!
Nice easy clear cut read! Easy to understand. The chapters flowed nicely from one to another. Everything I need a "refresher" to the plan, I listen before bed or during the day while I run errands. Highly recommend!

I liked how simply it was broken down. The only thing I didn't like was at times ( not always )the Narrator sounded whiny and it was a little frustrating.

This is truly a summary. You can achieve an understanding of the plan and decide if it fits you. There may be enough information to get you started, but I will want more details. For a summary I think it is generous and did its job of informing me so I can decide to read the full version or not. I will.

Great Intro to THM
A great quick overview for anyone wanting to see if THM might be the change you want to try. The reader has a good voice. Know you may need to take note or come back to the lists of meal plans. I have the old book in paperback and the new book on audiable. This covers the new book. There is so much more information in the real books. So...if this sparks your interest in anyway, go ahead and get the real book with audible or paperback. It is worth it!
