An independent podcast where suicide attempt survivors (and ideators) can actually talk openly and honestly without being fixed, shamed, stigmatized, threatened, criticized, patronized, compared, invalidated, pitied, diagnosed, judged or any of that b.s.

Our primary goal is simply to help more people in more places feel a little less shitty and a little less shitty and less alone. Please rate, review, subscribe and let folks know about us - thank you.

Such an Important Podcast

It's about time we speak openly about Suicide! End the stigma! Sean is an excellent host & is compassionate while interviewing attempt survivor's. So happy this is available.

Powerful stories!

Se ha producido un error. Vuelve a intentarlo dentro de unos minutos.

Some of the stories will click more with listeners than others simply because each interviewee comes from a widely different background than the next. This is a compassionate and honest resource for those that are struggling and an insight into the minds of those that struggle with depression. I would recommend it to anyone struggling with the topic of suicidal ideation as well as to anyone that wants insight into how and why people end up looking down the barrel of a gun or hanging from the end of a rope. They are stories that vary but that deserve to be heard and understood.

Sean is a compassionate and engaging interviewer

If one has has ever navigated the treacherous terrains that leads to suicide, you have found the grittily honest world that Sean beckons us to come inside of and dares us to not turn away from. he's not here to save you. Those who he interviews aren't trying to save you....but everyone is trying to shed some light on a reality of living that far too many of us cope with, but precious few ever think is worth of speaking about. You're not alone. and this podcast will remind you, to do your very best, without being trite.

This podcast might just save your life
