Julia Donaldson writes such beautiful stories and they’re entertaining for both kids and adults. We’re new to the Sugarlump series, but enjoying them so much. We particularly enjoy David Tennant’s narration.

Fun Stories, a bit darker than others by Donaldson

My son enjoys other stories by Donaldson -Room on the Broom, Zog and the Flying Doctors, The Snail and the Whale, etc. These stories are a bit darker than those stories, closer to Grimm's fairy-tales. If your children are very young, you may want to wait a bit before sharing these stories.
