Loved.

I was a test panelist for this book before it came out and lost a pound a day for the first two weeks. The premise that that added sugars—not all sugars—are making us fat. Recommend to everyone or diabetic people.

Health benefits.

I was able to understand the information presented, which included many citations throughout to supplement the information presented. I recommend listening the book in its entirety before changing your habits to gain the benefit.

Well informative.

Basically, reducing real and fake sugar are key. Increasing fiber intake is key too. If all you do is increase fiber, you're going to lose weight. However, reducing sugar will help it leaps and bounds.

Amazing.

This book will help you achieve your goal.

This book is excellent for you to learn about the harm that sugar can make to your body. It will give a plan to start cutting your sugar habits in a perfect way, as well will explain you all the terrible things that refined sugar can make to your body. Reducing your sugar intake will make a lot less bloated and will give you more energy. This book will help you achieve that!

Loved this book!

Great book....pretty scientific and a lot over my head, but i understand enough to know how bad sugar is. In 2 weeks i have made huge changes and plan to make more.

Easy to understand and easy to follow.

I love this book. I am looking to lower or completely eliminate sugar in my diet. This looked to be one of the simplest ways of getting started. Simply written,easy to understand and easy to follow.

Great Listen.

The book is very thorough and helpful with food choices, however we have found a few inconsistencies with food choices - nothing that is a deal breaker. This plan requires effort and a buddy for sure.

Enjoyed it.

Love eating this food.

This diet helped me get off the sugar that is hidden in most foods. A good reminder for me to eat healthy and natural foods. Also I don't crave sweets and unsweetened foods appeal to me again.

Great helpful.

I love this book. It made complete sense and easy to follow. I like the fact it was written by a nutritionist and a dermatologist...I've always thought sugar was hard on our skin and now I know it is and why.

OMG!

It's a really good book and a great way to get the bad sugars out of your diet! I very much enjoy that they specifically list what you can and cannot eat as well as including recipes. Makes it so much easier to plan!
