Many who believe they have a gluten sensitivity—or who have even been diagnosed as celiac and told to avoid gluten—are surprised to discover they can tolerate bread made from freshly milled flour.

    In this episode, Sara Valentine shares her personal journey of struggling with severe health issues from childhood; then eventually diagnosed as celiac. She avoided gluten with all her might, then, with great hesitation, she later tried homemade bread made from freshly milled grain and was shocked to find she could digest it with no negative symptoms. Today, she eats bread made from freshly milled grain every day and feels better than ever!
