Strummed and Never

The story was definitely an originally written book. It had some of everything. It was very interesting and not what I expected but enjoyable. Good job by the writer, and the narrators.

Good start to the series!

I read this book along with the audio. This was a good read. Straight to the point not drawn out and I love that. Tru is a mess and he needed Harlin to humble him a little bit. The only issue I had with this book is Harlin running from the dream she has had her whole life over a man. I am happy she got her mind back right.

When Iesha shared the audio was out I immediately ran over to listen to the preview. Only a few people can make me immediately purchase after a MINUTE into the preview and Myles Washington is one of them. If you need a narrator to talk that talk and you feel that, he's your guy. Delivering the funny without even trying it, he's your guy. Talk her through it, he's your guy. No notes! 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾

Elyce has been growing on me. While I don't like her male voice, she gets the point across while doing it. Her as the female voice is perfect regardless of who she is voicing.

I can’t wait to dig into Jenn and Laine’s stories next. Since the audio is not out, I will read the books and purchase when they come available.

So good and funny!

Myles did his big one, yet again, bringing his characters to life. You can't go wrong with him. Elyce would be a lot better if she didn't sound like she was reading and pausing over words so often. She didn't break the book though; it was still very good! I love me a funny man, and TRU did not disappoint! The author did a wonderful job writing this book! I loved it dooooowwwnnnnnn. 5 ⭐️⭐️

I loved both narrators bringing this story to life. No one throws shade like Myles Washington characters. It was hilarious. Keep them coming!

Rushed

This story had potential but I can’t give it a 5. A 5 means it’s the best book and this is absolutely not the best book I’ve listen to. Not even in the top 200. The story seemed absolutely rushed. You will have to guess about the elapsed time. And some of the conflicts were not explained. This is just my opinion.

Humorous but mediocre story

I love MW n anything he reads. I kept hoping the story would become more interesting but it nvr did. He was his funny entertaining self but this story didn’t do it fr me. It wasn’t the best…Sorry
