Loved it!

This book had so many layers to it and I enjoyed unwrapping it all. Gabi is dealing with a lot in her life and a fresh start in a new city, with a new job seems like the fix she needs. Things are never that simple though. Terrance has had a heartbreaking past with his family but his career allows him to shine and focus on the future. When the two of them cross paths its like magic. They're exactly what the other needs. Great read!!

Mr. Whitaker!!!

Another book by Christina C Jones that I loved! Terrence and Gabi had a nice meet-cute and sparks when they first met, then had to keep it professional at work. Loved their banter with one another. Was a bit annoyed with Gabi's indecisiveness and her mixed signals towards Terrence but I get it, she was going through things. I straight hate her parents, like with a passion! Only time I didn't want characters to resolve their issues! I'm just glad Gabi had her Uncle Bobby to rely on. I loved Terrence's family! His relationship with his aunt and sister were goals. Cannot wait till the next book! There are a few characters in this book that I'm hoping have their own stories.

Narration by Wesleigh Siobhan and Jakobi Diem were on point as usual. Love their chemistry and the way they portrayed these characters. Highly recommend this book!

Very Nice introduction to the Author

I enjoyed the book. I love anything that the narrators do. Ready for more. Looking forward to part two.

Workplace Love

It’s a good story, but the parent abuse is disturbing. I can’t stand Gabby’s parents! The story is a little slow moving, but I will probably check out part 2 to see how things turn out.
