I would recommend this book to all!

This book is pretty in-depth. It gives you a variety of ways to analyzing your stressors and how to mitigate them. I really like how the author uses various examples to explain his theories and self improvement methods. I would recommend this book to all!

Wonderful book

Wonderful book. Stress should be moderate. If a person is less stressed then he will be less motivated and creative. If a person has high stress then it directly affects health and work tips and advises are good. this book also told me to use happiness to attract a stress free reality.

I'm so glad I got this book

I thought I knew about forgiveness but God has revealed so much to me about forgiving others and that I need to also forgive myself. I'm so glad I got this book. I plan on reading it again and again to root the teachings in my heart.
