Overall this was a huge help

Absolutely, because so many people in this world are now stressed / anxious / worried etc. It’s a ticking time bomb for a lot of people. This book is really helping me with overcoming my feelings of anxiety and feeling overwhelmed. I feel more confident, capable and in control now and continue to work on this each and every day.

Excellent and very helpful

Excellent and very helpful book, dealing not only with stress but also with anxiety. I learnt a hell of a lot as it explained everything in a very different way than anything i have read or heard before. I feel so much better, i like how so much of the advice was quick to work.

So much less stressed!

If feel like you have too much stress or anxiety in your life, then yes i definitely definitely would. I feel more assertive, confident, calmer and generally more capable these days. I still have work to do but i am definitely getting there. Narrator was a tad annoying at the very start but got better as the book went on.

So much better than i expected

Took a bit of a chance with this one as to be honest i wasn't convinced by the audio sample but i turned out to be a great chance to take. I had to keep pausing it to take in the info as it seemed, quite literally, the books as talking to me and my life.

Excellent!

Excellent narrator paired with a great book!

This book was a breath of fresh air. Everybody has stress, and not all of us can handle it to the best of our advantage. Rachel's voice was relaxing, and what Sarah had to say about anxiety really made sense. This book won't tell you stress is OK, but it won't put you on a "no-stress" regime either (which leads to more stress!). I could listen to this book like ASMR!

Managing well

Enjoyed the book and im grateful. My only hope is this new feeling will actually last. I guess only time will tell.
