Waste of time

Most of this book explains what stress is. The end suggest yoga, breathing and a few other options to deal with stress. repeats the same thing over and over.
This book caused me more stress due to the lack of help it gave me about how to deal with stress.

Shocking

Guy who wrote that book is marketing genius. This book is so bad it surprises me how the publisher even considered to get it out there . Don’t bother .

All you will find out is:

Don’t drink, don’t smoke, sleep well, eat fruit and veg ( wow that’s a valuable advise ) and learn breathing techniques .

That’s it . No depth whatsoever. Absolute joke . I want my money back .
