I think it’s a really great audiobook

Brainwashing' is a fascinating and stimulating audiobook exploring the many facets of Brainwashing. It looks at its history, some methods, coercion in the media and education, the physical attributes of the brain that lend itself to coercion and persuasion, as well as methods to protect yourself from the various influences of Brainwashing you may experience.

I am satisfied with this audio-book

The narrator does a great job explaining How to Analyze People, Persuasion and Techniques and by giving real examples. I'm truly amazed at what I've learned. Highly recommend.

One of the best meditation books

I listen many meditation books. This influenced me most. The metaphors Emily using are clever and effective. Too much advertisement, but still worth it.
