Disappointing

I was disappointed in this. I have other audiobooks by Rachael Meddows, and they're good. This one, though, seems to spend so much time "going into relaxation." She guides the listener down 20 steps, and it takes forever. There is entirely too much time spent on getting "deep into relaxation." Pretty much a waste of money as far as I'm concerned.
