A good Primer for Women

Although I believe this Audio Book could be improved with written materials which could help new women in Bodybuilding it is a worthy effort.


A short Audio Book like this could be the initial push that some women may require to get started and that makes this
Book a valuable resource for those who wish to pursue improvements in their life.

as someone who works in a gym the book is good

a great great great guider for women very motivating and very well developed I liked it White much and since I began to work as a secretary in a gym I'm working out more and I think this book is a good motivator

Great Information!

I really found this book to be informative. Hailey Jackson was able to describe the various exercises and way to perform in a very understandable manner. Typically I listen to primarily romance and mystery, so this was different in terms of narration evaluation. Lisa Reichert did a good job narrating this book, and her voice was smooth and eloquent. I also appreciated the diet information and recipes included in this book. I will try some of the recipes. I'm hoping to use the exercises in this book for self motivation. I requested this review copy audiobook and have voluntarily written this review.
