A great audiobook to listen!

This audiobook is perfect for those of us who travel and can't always get to a gym. It provides sets of exercises that can be done anywhere and don't require equipment. The illustrated movements insure complete understanding of proper techniques. A great book to listen!

Just perfect!

This tested program appealed to me right from the start when I laid my eyes on the cover of this book. It says it all, don’t you think? Now, through this, I’m surely enjoying it! Not to mention that hearing the author's words added motivation more than I've expected.
