Well… that was something

This book is not your typical romance. There was an HEA but it took a long time to get there. I liked the overall premise and the spice was good. But I think I would have enjoyed it more if it was shorter and we got to the HEA a bit sooner.

everything was awesome the story, the narrators,the plot,the steam. THIS IS A MASTER PIECE!!!!!!! I loved every minute of it

All I can say is this was a 10 star read. The right book with the right narrators with an Incredible story .

Subject matter

I was leery to read this book based on the reviews. I knew the subject matter was very dark. But ai decided to stick with it and I’m glad. I thought the subject matter was handled with authenticity and showcased how one can find themselves in situations they never thought they’d be in.

gripping writing

amazing story. dark, explicit & heart wrenching. narrators keep you listening with anticipation. you'll feel like you know each character. they are written with depth. story unfolds in an unanticipated way. jade west is an incredible writer!

I am a Jade West fan, and with all her books they are worth the listen but this one wow…..

I couldn’t figure out why Ant made me so uncomfortable and then I realized he’s a narcissist. Manipulative, love bombing, quick to anger, lies and gaslighting! I had to stop listening a few times as I was so disturbed by him. I screamed at Cass and was never more grateful that part 2 a new voice/perspective was brought out. Yeah for Gerwin
