Well… that was something

This book is not your typical romance. There was an HEA but it took a long time to get there. I liked the overall premise and the spice was good. But I think I would have enjoyed it more if it was shorter and we got to the HEA a bit sooner.

everything was awesome the story, the narrators,the plot,the steam. THIS IS A MASTER PIECE!!!!!!! I loved every minute of it

All I can say is this was a 10 star read. The right book with the right narrators with an Incredible story .

Subject matter

I was leery to read this book based on the reviews. I knew the subject matter was very dark. But ai decided to stick with it and I’m glad. I thought the subject matter was handled with authenticity and showcased how one can find themselves in situations they never thought they’d be in.

gripping writing

amazing story. dark, explicit & heart wrenching. narrators keep you listening with anticipation. you'll feel like you know each character. they are written with depth. story unfolds in an unanticipated way. jade west is an incredible writer!

Omg the emotion this book brought out in me!!

I am a Jade West fan, and with all her books they are worth the listen but this one wow…..

I couldn’t figure out why Ant made me so uncomfortable and then I realized he’s a narcissist. Manipulative, love bombing, quick to anger, lies and gaslighting! I had to stop listening a few times as I was so disturbed by him. I screamed at Cass and was never more grateful that part 2 a new voice/perspective was brought out. Yeah for Gerwin

Sexy, steamy, graphic!

Definitely not for the faint of heart. The series by Jade West is conglomeration of stories that have great plots and very very steamy sex so if you are not into fetishes, bondage and the like, do not delve into these. I loved them all and we will continue reading her. I don’t think you’ll find this on any library shelf.

Well written and graphic.

This is my second Jade West book. The first was Dirty Daddies. That was well done but became increasingly raunchy. This one, Strangers in My Bed, makes Dirty Daddies sound like the Mormon Tabernacle Choir. Raunchy to the nth degree. However it’s not cheap thrill book. The plot was well thought out. The narration was excellent. You can feel empathy for two of the characters, and disgust for the third.

Overall, I have to conclude that Jade West is an exceptional author. Whoever selects the narrators for the two books I’ve listened too, has done an excellent job. I plan on ordering all her books.

Definitely one to listen to

A very good and incredible story. Full of dark romance. Jade West is an incredible writer. If you like this book you will also Love Buy Me Sir by Jade West. Check them both out. You will not be disappointed!!

If you start then please finish

I have the story a single star because I wanted to highlight a few things. Believe the triggers, this books means it! I don’t usually need to worry but this is so well written I could see myself in her position, as I’m sure the author hoped. Also it took me a long time to finish because I needed breaks because for me it was intense not in a way I was hoping. I almost stopped but searched up a review that told me - much the same thing I’m writing - if you start this book, it’s worth finishing. I don’t want to spoil anything but will say this has a healthy ending.

A real finger-biter

A stranger in my bed is a real finger biter. Angsty, Extremely well written, And?
Relevant topic of Coercion that leads to sexual abuse. As hot and sexy as this book was it disturbed seeing A sweet, wonderful woman be taken advantage of in the name of love. Thank goodness the hero in our story made up for it in the end!
