Meh
I love alien romances. However, falling in love within 24 hours is cringy- and then pushing away the person you love because they say they have feelings for you… I literally said “Really!?” Out loud lol. And all the different pet names … I don’t know it was just sooo mushy and there was no suspense really to their relationship that it just left me wanting something more.

Fabulous Story! Best Narration!
This series is so unique; I love it! I read the books and had to have the audio. I adore A Cendese’s voice for male characters- not so much for female.

Not digging the girls voice...
I don’t mind the girl’s voice when she’s acting as the girl but when she’s acting as the guys it’s kind of obnoxious. I feel bad because I like the story and the male narrator’s voice but by the end of it, I cringed when it was her turn to narrate. However if you can get over that, I’d definitely say this book is worth listening to. I really liked the first one on the series and this one was just as creative and fun as the last.

Mixed feelings on this one...
I had a couple of problems with this audiobook. I just couldn’t visualize the hero at all and keep an attractive image in my mind. Having his lower face continuously covered seemed distancing too. There was also a lot of gross descriptions of rotting bodies/creatures which actually turned my stomach. The narration was done pretty well. There was just no connection for me to the main characters, especially the hero. For me it was kind of a dud.

Fast-paced and Exciting
I liked the two main characters, but not the male narrator so much. He sounded like a smart ass from The Sopranos. The story/plot was very sci-fi and logical, which is a big thing for me. I like it when events COULD happen, not just be someone's wandering imagination. There at least has to be a nod toward science. The plot moved quickly and there was never a dull moment. I think this is why I finished this book in record time. The alien monsters were truly horrific! I think I chewed off a few fingernails. This was a fantastic second book. I will be buying the next one asap!
