I highly recommend reading Tiegan Williams 's new book on how to stop overthinking in relationships. The book was thorough and highly informative about setting SMART relationship goals in order to improve connection and build intimacy. Transforming Relationships with Practical Solution

This audiobook offers real solutions. I have a good friend who is constantly talking about how anxiety and jealousy are pretty much controlling his relationship with his girlfriend.
