This book was seriously badass. It has helped me so much to finally deal with my anxiety and panic attacks. Take a chance and read it, what’s the worse that could happen. This book is awesome!

You can change if you are ready and willing.

Best book ever, or I was just ready to hear it. Simple, easy to read. You just have to use the techniques and they will work. I've recommended this book to so many people. I'm 58 years old, have been dealing with anxiety/panic attacks since I was 16. You have to work it, and simple as it is, I go back to the book and keep re-reading and reminding myself. I am developing new neural pathways and you can too! You can change if you are ready and willing.

I am going to listen to it again.

Very fast read. I did put the book down a few time because I was frustrated, but I have anxiety issues ; ) I read every single page and started to implement some of the practices. I am going to listen to it again and take better notes this time.

This book truly is a gemstone.

This book truly is a gemstone. I have been far more deeply and usefully educated after reading just 1/4 of this book than after years of talking to any psychiatrists combined. Please do yourself a favor if you are suffering with constant anxiety, with or without panic attacks, and get this book.

There's better relaxation/hypnosis videos on YouTube

Not worth using my 1 credit at all totally disappointed they ha e the same thing on YouTube plenty like it wish I knew the entire thing was just the sample on repeat basically

Broken promise

This is not what it claims to be. Yes, it's about meditation but it's not really cognitive behavior therapy and it certainly isn't going to stop anxiety or depression instantly, nor can I stop them for myself after listening.

My anxiety was primarily health related.

My anxiety was primarily health related and this book spoke to that in depth, however, not exclusively. This book is for all types of anxiety. I credit it with my return to normalcy. I feel okay again, which I never thought I would.

This book helped me through an anxiety.

This book helped me through an anxiety catastrophe. More than a psychologist and medication, I feel like this book gave me tools to use but also normalized my anxiety and made me feel less alone.

Stuff they don't teach you in therapy.

Stuff they don't teach you in therapy so that you can actually get well and not need them anymore. The drugs I was given almost ruined my physical health and got me nowhere but needing to keep going back to keep me sick.

Relaxing but hissing

Found the accent marginally off putting to begin with but soon became very relaxed in deep state. Only issue really is the sound quality or lack of it, there are parts with too much background hiss.

Relaxing, soothing and sleep inducing

I feel amazingly relaxed and drowsy after listening to this. This after a few days of health-anxiety. Might be able to get my first night of good sleep for a while.

The only thing which confused me was the counting thing performed once. Made me sort of wake up again. But still, I feel much better now than an hour ago.
