I feel like I can let loose a little bit now.

I have never heard of an approach to negative thinking in the way that this book describes. After listening to this guide I am excited to try some of the techniques that he prescribes mostly about transforming your relationship with negativity and how to see a positive thing in a negative which I think can turn a tragedy into a comedy. I feel like I can let loose a little bit now.
