Know the people you are communicating with
This book is very educational and beneficial! Not only did I learn more about myself and be aware of my shortcomings, it also teaches on how to communicate with others. Angel Tucker is very knowledgeable and entertaining!

I enjoyed listening to this very much. However there was a portion that associated C-type with the 9-11 attackers and spoken by the light hearted narrator (not a good choice).
