Might be the worst smoking cessation book yet.
Narration was fine but felt a little amateurish. I swear I could hear them turning pages at times. Bizarre.
Short Version: I have found listening to smoke cessation books helpful and relaxing on my journey to quit but this one sucks.
First, it's clear the author never smoked. How do you write a book on something as intense as quitting smoking without ever having experienced it? If the author has quit, how do you write a book with no sense of comradery?
The book is empty and soulless aside from the grinding clinical repetition. The author constantly says "you need to make a plan for this scenario" and then completely fails to offer any guidance on how to do so. He discusses various quitting methods like he is writing a freshman college essay, blowing word counts up with pointless euphemisms and redundant clinical jargon.
I have listened to 5 stop smoking books since I quit one week ago and this one made me want to start smoking again out of spite.

Absolutely useless book, a bunch of facts related to smoking and that's about it. Would be the same as reading Wikipedia. Getting credit back.

Good if you like statistics but not good for encouraging you to stop smoking and the narrator sounded bored
