Super Book.

I literally just finished the book, but I have a renewed perspective on being a non-smoker. It now seems like a chance at freedom. I had never before considered my nicotine 'habit' to be a drug addiction before! But it is and now I am free

It worked. I'm still amazed!

One tip if you do get it, finish the book and give yourself two weeks to let it all sink in. After two weeks I became this guy's biggest fan! It changed my life.

It works.

There were so many occasions where I expected to miss smoking -- after eating, while drinking, while driving (especially in bad weather!), while doing my bills, when I was bored, when I was anxious or upset or sad or angry -- but it never happened.

It worked for me

Read it and wanted to stop smoking before I finished, though I kept smoking until the end as instructed.

Disappointing

I would bet the Author never smoked. This book was full of false information in my opinion.. and bad advice and an antiquated approach... and annoyingly narrated it only made me want to smoke more

Lackluster

The performance of the narrator was somewhat difficult to stomach and she had a habit of speaking very similarly to something such as Google translator - robotic and the inflections really made sentences hard to follow. Her voice was also quite shrill and I had to turn the volume down to just high enough to barely hear the material, in order to tolerate it. The book itself is actually only 2/3 of the length that it suggests, and the latter third is some financial book that I did not listen to... because I bought a smoking book. The meat of the book is really lacking. She literally had sections explaining what cigars were, etc. maybe 40 minutes of useful content. Compared to Alan Carr, this book is a terrible waste of time

Super helpful book.

This made me think immediately of The Easy Way to Stop Smoking, which is maybe most famous for being the smoking cessation book that tells you to keep smoking as you read it.

Great place to start!

Like when some study declares that chicken soup really is good for you when you're sick because of this that and the other scientific fact.
