Terrible

The accent of the speaker is grating and the concept of just repeating some phrases over and over again with various and not so soothing soundtracks seems like this whole audio is a con job. It could not have taken more than a couple of hours to throw it together.

there is nothing subliminal about this, it's just a guy loudly saying this phrases over and over followed by very loud music that is impossible to fall asleep to

It never fails to put me to sleep at night after a hectic day. When I fly I am always self conscious of my RLS. I listen to this audio book and I relax and have no RLS problems during the flight. All the pills, wine, edibles did nothing compared to this audiobook,
And I Never review books, but I shout this one from the rooftops! Thank You.
