This book is rousing and instructive.

A Great series guidebook for all. If you don't think that you going to be any good at this task this is another reason that you're most likely to approach procrastination's trap or avoid it. Most people have an inner fear fo failure and if you think that you're not going to be able to do something, your mindset is going to be that you don't know how to do it so why should you try. Learning recipes provided. Recommended.

It is a very good book and helpful book.

The book is an easy listen in one sitting, or go through its segments and put them into action. There's so much in there though that it's worth a re-listen and marking up the book with notes. Glad I have the actual book vs kindle.

Extremely Prescribed Book

WOW. this book pulls together all the necessary parts of life that many of us go through. If you wake up positive and stay tuned you feel better about your self and your surroundings,this book is great reminder to this book. I have already ordered an e-book for my daughter. I also love his reference to Ever note, I am a big fan.

I am very pleased listened to this book

Loved this book! I was able to quickly listen it in an afternoon. I couldn't put it down and was ready to start trying some of the exercises immediately. I was not stressed or overwhelmed by the book. It was amazing and actually comforting to see I am not the only one who feels this guilty about procrastinating.

This book turns into phenomenal

I listen this book . I am very happy with this book. This book contains lots of thought provoking insights about procrastination and habits. It also provides a lot of actionable, specific methods and suggested plans for overcoming the bad habits that result in procrastination. i highly recommend to follow this book .

The book exceeded my Expectations

Obviously an amazing book. Now I am learning Eliminating distractions and why it’s important and how to focus on one task at a time. Author explain How to plan my day the night before, How understanding the inability to make decisions can be fixed amd how to challenge our-self.

A mind changeable book

I like the book but have not finished it yet. I bought it because I liked what I saw. The author explains why we procrastinate. That's a good place to start. And guess what? There are many reasons for why we procrastinate. I should know! There are a lot of tactics for overcoming your "inner procrastinator." It all sounds very good and the book doesn't seem boring, which is one reason for why we procrastinate, and the main reason why I purchased it. The last thing a person who procrastinates needs is a boring book. I like this one.

A comprehenisve audio guide.

The creator is talented in unmistakably disclosing what you have to do, no channel, only the manner in which you have to do it. It has much more insight into other firmly related points. I don't as a rule give solid suggestions, however, this book merits one! The Book is convenient for me to open and close, listen in the vehicle or lounge area. Words can't express the amount I like this book. Just in an initial couple of parts, you will see.

Some very good ideas but the voice

Definitely some great info and good ideas/strategies. Had a hard time staying engaged with the voice reading it.
