AMAZING!!!
Truly, this audiobook hit it on the mark. It felt like I was listening to my friend give me the best pieces of advice to help me “stop people pleasing.” It’s such an engaging audiobook! Each chapter gives valuable insight into a particular people-pleasing tendency and ways to help combat the tendency. I loved the little anecdotes from the author’s life because they were relatable and funny! Near the end of the book, the author tells us more about her life and personal journey with people pleasing, which was great because I know the author is relatable. This book is chalk full of information and great tips! I was even able to hone in on some personality traits I have that are a reflection of people pleasing. This audiobook is also not super long and the narration is very sweet! I can’t wait to practice some of the things I learned. So enjoyable, and I highly recommend!

Great book!
Especially as a female, I always apologize, the word "sorry" is just a normal word I say all the time. This is the case with many people, I encounter many females who do exactly that. Some males also do that, but more with females. You want to listen to this book, truly stop pleasing people. Great book, great writing, and great narration. Awesome job!

Highly recommended
This audiobook has provided a great framework for moving past my social anxiety and I highly recommend it. This is my go-to audiobook for anything social anxiety-related and I've referred this to everyone I have met that struggles with the subject. It's well written, easy-going, not complicated and I found I did remember the parts that were relevant to how I was feeling at the time.
