Not very good

This book wasn’t for you, but who do you think might enjoy it more?

An insomniac.

Has Stop Negative Thinking turned you off from other books in this genre?

No, but I will listen to a sampling now before anything I buy. I wish I could get my money back. This was really pointless.

How did the narrator detract from the book?

The audio quality was quite poor.

What reaction did this book spark in you? Anger, sadness, disappointment?

The points rambled with no real connection. At several instances the author contradicted himself within 2 minutes of trying to make a point. The book never really grabs you and holds your attention.
