Just the Negative

These affirmations mostly assume that other people’s thoughts of you are negative. If you are listening because you feel the weight of others’ expectations or feel the burden of being placed on a pedestal, this is not really helpful.

“Iam better than others?!”

The audio say I am better than other. No. I am not better than others. There are nobody under me and there are nobody over me - to me we are all equally worthy and capable. Teaching people to be above other fellow humans is not helping.

Ready To Heal

Good in the shower

These affirmations are amazing when I’m taking a shower. I also use them when I’m on walks, or laying down!

Stiff readings

Too many gaps between words in a sentence. I find it distracts from and hinders the flow of what’s being said. Besides that, great affirmations.
