This is a must-have for young men in these sensitive times in our country. Practicing these methods will give anyone a sound foundation to strengthen their inner person in learning how to embrace change and use conflict for growth and not for a reason to be destructive. Great book.

The Audible performance was very good

The Audible performance was very good, clear speaking, and nicely paced. This book left me with far more questions than I came with, which I think is awesome, and it also gave me nice reassurances that having an analytical nature need not hinder someone from experiencing joy, in fact, it can help them.

A listen for Self Starters

These succinct short bios tap the experience of entrepreneurs. Sometimes I'm making personal links with their real-life peaks and valleys. Other times I am trying to relate their different ways to tackle opportunities with my game plans. The authors relay the stories to evoke a response from the reader.

It's a well-researched book

Interesting read. The traditional belief that we must prepare ourselves to be ‘employable’ is under threat. The counter-argument encourages us to ‘gear up’ for earning our own money, rather than seeing income as someone else’s responsibility.

So-so

Some reasonably interesting information, a few insights and fairly applicable to working life. Of some use to managerial staff, some useful ideas on shifting methodology towards Stoicism, and some relevant history.
Sadly whatever useful content there was, has been greatly let down by tedious, monotonous narration, with sometimes bizarre emphasis / intonation which made it difficult to listen for any length of time without losing interest. It was a struggle to get real value from the contents.
