This audiobook is very creative and informative. I want to learn Stoicism and I bought this audiobook to get some information about this topic. I think that the primary thing that the audiobook achieves is it gets you to focus on improvement in this area of life, and practice it. Highly recommended

Heavily on philosophical history
There is a wide range of Stoicism books out there. Most are boring and are either weighted too heavily on philosophical history or simply not entertaining tolisten ..present a work that is, dare I say it..., fun to listen. Hell, they even have doodle drawings. The down to earth explanations of not only Stoicism but the practical ways to implement it is welcoming

like a course from a great teacher on stoicism
This book saves time. It condenses the essence of many key stoicism books into an easy listen full of great advice.I liked it so much after listing it on Audible , I can dog ear some pages, highlight, and make notes.The best way to describe the book in my opinion. It show stoicism as something anyone can embrace
I did really enjoyed the book. The best summary , with clear focus, on what stoicism is. The best book to “ grap” the philosofy as a way of living...what is more Important was that it show stoicism as something anyone can embrace if it according to his values or if it is willing to have a better life.

Stoicism is the Best
I never knew anything about stoicism or what it pertained to. After reading this book, it was easy to understand why this is becoming popular today. Worthy purchase
Amazing, educational, and valuable listen into "how to carry on with a decent life". I've for some time been keen on Stoic way of thinking, and this book goes top to bottom into the thoughts, how and for what reason they're valuable, and how to apply them. The practices are incredible - this is one of those books worth re-perusing each couple a long time to remind ourselves how to think and carry on with a decent life.
