A Mind blowing Piece!!!!

That was a very useful guidebook. I read some Stoicism book it's one of the best books. The author very clearly wrote this book. I have heard many self-help speakers and read many books. I had also heard a lot about Stoicism which from day one impacted me more than anything else in the past. Now coming across this book was a pleasure and a blessing in itself. Jonas was able to concise centuries of such wonderful philosophies in one book where he makes it easy to see it through his eyes and understand the essence of what being a stoic is all about. Most importantly, how we can learn from it and apply it in our everyday life. I would recommend this book.

A good piece of advice

This book covers stoicism but puts a modern flavour on it by using applications found in heroes in a context closer to the present. It is instead a perfect set of practical, rational, realist advice for everyday life that is up to you to put into practice.

Beginners guide to stoic principles....

This is a great book! A quick intro to Stoicism that is reflective of the author's minimalist lifestyle. Concise yet a great overview. I have read other books on Stoicism that focus on one thing or water down the message and ideals of Stoicism. This is a good book for beginners of Stoicism and a good refresher for those who are more experienced. I gave this book to my teenage son and he has enjoyed as well and it did enough to peak his interest even further.

Stoicism is going to set out to help us remember how unpredictable the world can be and it helps us remember how brief a moment our life is and I have read other books on Stoicism that focus on one thing or water down the message and ideals of Stoicism. I have learned how to deal with various situations. In turn, my life gets better with stoicism.

Great Intro to Stoicism.❤💙

The concept and practice of Stoicism is new to me and this book lays it out in a way that is understandable and useful. A variation on the title might be "The Practical Book of Stoicism". The part I found most helpful are the exercises that help you practice the philosophy to improve your life. Rather than reading thousands of pages across many books on the topic to then figure out how to practice it, I recommend learning it by doing it through the use of these exercises. Great book--highly recommended!

Good Read!

The little book of Stoicism is a book geared towards bettering your life using Stoic Philosophy. The book begins by providing a brief explanation of the history of Stoicism. The philosophy of what it means and how effective the practices, meditations are for our daily life. I particularly enjoyed how the author compartmentalized the ideas into more straightforward and understandable wording. By using old techniques and philosophy, it addresses modern and complex issues we face today.

The literature was easy to follow and to read. The work was divided into reasonable sections and felt well thought out. It was apparent to acknowledge the author’s intentions as he aimed at showing us how to gain resilience, confidence, calmness, and everything that is mentally troubling us in our life. I especially enjoyed the part where the book discusses the ability to contemplate your death.

I believe this book would suit people who are into self-help, psychology, social sciences, stoicism, and behavioral therapy. This is a beneficial book for people who wish to try a method is not typically mentioned. I appreciated the novelty of the work and look forward to reading more from this author.

This was an informative, entertaining book that I

I liked the way an ancient philosophy was presented in modern day terms. It connected my way of thought. Yes, there was repetition on some areas but I think this helped reenforce certain points.
