Wow. I honestly felt like I would never understand stocks and how they work. I've always felt like I wasn't saving in the most efficient way, but i was scared to get into something that I didn't understand. This book was a super detailed and interesting lesson on how the stock market works. I also really enjoyed the narrator, and I recommend listening to it rather than reading, and it all feels less intimidating! Honestly 10/10! I'm meeting with someone to talk about investments in a couple weeks!

Combination of Johnson's Masterpieces

Let’s face it, investing and trading are scary. This audiobook may be lengthy but it is well worth it to take the time and listen. Johnson gives all kinds of information, tricks, tips, and opinions on all of his various trading guides, which are all great on their own too! Johnson delves a little bit into the history of trading in an effort to help readers/listeners really grasp what trading is and where it came from. Johnson takes the advice from how to start to how to remain in the trading game. His books are always a good read!

excellent investing

If your a beginner at investing, or even if you just want to understand what those talking heads on tv are talking about, this is a great place to get started. Gives a very basic foundation and he shares a lot of his own personal methods and resources; not at all pushy and does a good job of introducing basic terms in a simple manner, blending them into the topic he is discussing.. Its simple common sense knowledge for the common person.

So. Much. Information

I’m not gonna lie. This one was hard to get through. So far this is Johnson’s longest book.
The narrator was kind of meh so I tuned out at parts.
If you get the chance, READ this book. I know that there are chapters to audio books but you can’t skim passages to make sure you aren’t missing something important.
There was a lot of good information but unless you are road tripping, don’t try to finish this in a day. Typically I can listen and sew and with my body doing one thing and my brain doing another, it helps.
I’m used to his other narrator from...I want to say he did both of Johnson’s FOREX books.
He should stick with that guy. This is a lot of information and the narrator is important.
Either save this for a road trip or a weeks worth of work outs. Don’t try to do it all in one day.
