Could not turn it off.

I just did not want to ever turn it off. It kept my attention untill the very end.

even though at times it seem to slow down... the story kept you engaged. Some is predictable and some is not. Over all this is a good read.

Good read for winding down

For someone who enjoys a fantasy filled adventure this read was a bit slow for me. However, it excited my senses at unexpected moments and I found myself wanting the next few pages. I'd recommend the story for those looking for something to read while winding down for the evening.

Must listen. Exciting till the very end. I'll have to check out her other books!

I Stayed Up ALL Night Listening To This One...

This book certainly made me rethink my Health Care Proxy & I sure didn't feel like my time had been wasted with this book. Joy Fielding gripped me right in the first chapter and got right to it.

A very descriptive and seductive story line I felt the rage, anger, anxiety, loss of control and the sadness of the whole situation. It wasn't obvious who the good and bad were until the second part of the book and that's when it REALLY gets good. I seriously wanted to kick some ass at the end. The narrater was pretty impressive which made the listen extra enjoyable.

Tension till the end!

If you like original stories...Joy Fielding comes up with them year after year! She is an amazing author with such versatility! This particular book holds you in your seat until you finish. YOU HAVE TO KNOW WHAT HAPPENS in the end. You feel such frustration for the protagonist, Casey, who is in a coma. The best part of the audible is that when you hear the voice of Casey it is in what seems like a soundproof room. It's different from the other voices in the room because of her condition. EXCELLENT IDEA!! And again...very ORIGINAL!!

Boring

Boring and melodramatic. Stupid plot.

Suspenseful

I couldn’t get enough of this book. There were a couple twists I didn’t expect. I am usually pretty good at predicting stories like these and it wasn’t as easy and I liked that.
