Great explanation
This audiobook gives a vivid explanation on how to follow up on your goals and ensure that you achieve them within a short time. It is not only motivating but offers fantastic ideas to get in gear and follow your dreams. I learned how to chunk down my goals
I purchased this book to learn some information about setting goals. I run my own business and i am constantly struggling to make and set goals. The trouble is that I set goals and always fall far short because I don’t have a proper plan of attack, or just push them off until New Year's Eve. I learned how to chunk down my goals and get more excited about chasing them and reaching them.

you can pick better goals and create better plans
The most memorable moments of this Goal Setting guide was understanding what I have to give up to achieve my goal. When thinking about our dreams, we rarely think about what we have to give up to get it whether it’s toxic relationships, wasting time on non productive hobbies, etc. By understanding these things from the onset, you can pick better goals and create better plans of action to get them.

Great tool for diving deep
This is one of the best audiobooks only because you can listen to it throughout a regular day at work, at the gym, or even at home and it will just push you to do more with yourself and not give up in any avenue in your life. It’s made for you to write things down as you listen to the prompts in the audiobook, but honestly, I like to just listen to the prompts and think about my answers while I’m in the car, or working out, or even going to bed.
