I REALLY wanted to like this book...
I love the title, the cover, the message, but I'm so sorry to say this - the narrators were AWFUL! I wish the authors had read it themselves - they couldn't possibly have done worse. It reminded me of a remedial reading class in middle school - monotonous, halting, many mispronunciations - they even dropped the microphone at one point! Is there no editing or review of readings? I think their intentions were oh-so-good, as were the authors'. It's a shame such an "out of the box" look at Jesus had to be so muddled. Maybe I'll come across a paperback copy some day and give it another chance.
