I've been heavy in animal welfare for years, fostering for rescues and as an employee in an animal shelter. my life dream is to have a successful rescue sanctuary and for it to grow and become something much bigger than anything I've ever done. this book REALLY helped me emotionally prepare myself for the necessary steps I'm going to be taking to become a legit business woman. the humar was great and the check list was SO helpful! thank you!

This book is so, so good. I'm in the process of founding a nonprofit arts center, and was floundering around on how to get started until I read this book. All of a sudden, the path to getting going was clear and I've made a lot of progress. If you're starting a nonprofit, I would definitely this have book; it's a great primer.

Good info-bad narration
Very informative and a must for anyone starting a nonprofit. It goes over how to fill out the paperwork to become a nonprofit with explanations. Unfortunately, the narrator was the hardest part. It was probably the worst narration voice I have ever experienced.
