Horrible narration. Couldn't finish the audiobook.

The narrator sounds bored and was reading so fast that she sounds as if it is a chore she just wants to be done with as quick as possible. Couldn't finish the audiobook.

Are we running a race?

Any additional comments?

This was great story, but unfortunately the narrator was really distracting. I swear she didn't breathe! She read so quickly that in the beginning I checked my audible settings to make sure I didn't have it set to read at a faster rate. At times I couldn't tell which character was speaking because everything was so jumbled by the speed.

I think this book would benefit from a new narrator.

bad narrator or bad writer.

this is a book I would have never purchased. If I bought it as an audiobook I would have returned it. I don't know if the narrator did a bad job with the characters and the way that she is spoke as the characters or the writer did a bad job in their greater was just reading it as written. I honestly feel like this was a waste time am I am not going to read the second and third book in the series or recommend this book to anybody. And what is with the stuttering that is very annoying. the idea of this book what's good the storyline was decent the execution major fail.

Great story, horrible narration

Would you try another book from Evan Grace and/or Nikki Diamond?

Evan Grace definitely
Nikki Diamond definitely not

How did the narrator detract from the book?

She sped through reading the story and did not show any of the emotion the author tried to show. If she had slowed down and put some heart into what she was reading, this could easily have been a 5-star book

Nothing spectacular but a good read

I enjoyed listening to this book but there was nothing spectacular that would make me want to re-listen. I liked Belamy but Luke was the typical full of himself H. After what she went through he had the nerve to feel sorry for himself! Please! Yes I understand it was his baby too and she should have told him, but really? After the way he treated her. I would have been afraid to tell him too. Not many redeeming qualities for Luke I'm afraid. This book had some "feels" in it. The narrator done great on some of the voices but for me she was just ok. I didn't feel a lot of emotion during her reading.

Wonderful Story!

Loved this story. Can't wait to start the next. The narrator wasn't my favorite. I don't think she took a breath. Honestly it sounded like the way it sound when you're listening to a book read by kindle. However the story was great so I can ignore the issues with the narrator.

Narrator was terrible

I don't really know how to rate the story because the narrator was so horrible I couldn't through the first chapter. Flat voice with no inflection and weird pauses.

Loved it!

This is the first [author:Evan Grace|7788444] book I've read and it was excellent! I loved the characters and the interplay between them. They were all well-rounded and consistent over the course of the book. Bellamy's relationship with her twin brothers was great, if not amusing. The romance between Bellamy and Luke is really sweet. Luke spends the majority of the book trying to do "the right thing" (in other words, not getting involved with Bellamy because she is his best friends' little sister). If his conscience isn't enough to have him trying to be completely hands off, the threat of being beaten up by the brothers and possibly facing repercussions within their friendship just makes him that more determined. I really enjoyed the edge and bit of danger Grace brought to the book with Bellamy's attack and the subsequent happenings. Overall, this was a great book and one I'd recommend to any romance lover. (HEA; no cliffhanger.)
