After eighteen years of drug and alcohol abuse, my life was in shambles. I needed to change everything! This was a big job, and I had no idea where to start! The process began with the decision to stop using drugs and alcohol, and to start using my mind. I would highly recommend a hard look at your beliefs and the results of those beliefs on your life to this point. In the event that you are not satisfied, then it is time to change. This "change" occurs on the inside first an manifests itself on the outside. Reading develops the powers of concentration and creative thinking which I believe are the bedrock of significant change.
